Close-up 13 1/2 ” tall, resin , Sculptured by Randy Bowen Painted by Alex Castro
I had re-painted this piece a few years ago for my good friend and collector Scott Pierce private Collection. I just felt the timing would be appropriate to reintroduce this great work of art by Randy Bowen . This is my version, not as dark as the Moore’s version, but uniquely a Castro style paint-up.
P.S. I ‘m including this rare article from a Historex catalogue that’s no longer in print , and has been an inspiration from the first time I read the works of the French master painter Eugene Leliepvre.
